After the first robot

A successful pilot can lead to fleet orchestration, remote monitoring, incident response, model retraining, security updates, performance optimization and multi-site deployment under a separately scoped annual support model.

Commercial model: annual support fee + site fee + per-robot fee. New capabilities and material custom engineering remain separately scoped.
